Why is DT Max producing the "Exempt from filing" (EFF) CT23 form
even though the corporation is in its final year of filing?
This problem occurs in all versions of the program.
DT Max should not be generating the EFF form for a corporation filing its final year.
As a workaround, enter the keyword CT23-OV and select YES to force
the production of the CT23 return (long form).
